Showcasing Scotland Regional Events

Scotland’s larder is world-famous. From salmon and seafood to whisky and meat, our food and drink has a global reputation for quality and makes a key contribution to the country’s economy.

Scottish consumers pride in our food and drink is powerful. 82% think we produce the best whisky; 76% the best beef and 75% the best salmon. In an environment where consumers are placing a growing importance on provenance, and with an ambitious industry intent on growth, there are huge opportunities for Scottish food and drink right here in the Scottish market.

The Showcasing Scotland regional programme of events has been developed in response to this, helping to meet growing demand for local products in local markets.
