Showcasing Scotland UK is a new trade event debuting in 2025, designed to boost sales of Scottish food and drink across the UK and enhance Scotland’s reputation as a producer of exceptional products. This event brings together Scottish suppliers and UK buyers to foster connections and pave the way for future partnerships and collaborations.
Building on the success of our global event in 2024, this event is focused on the UK market opportunity and offers an engaging proposition for national buyers that Scotland Food & Drink has fostered relationships with and partnering them with ambitious suppliers looking to expand their reach in this market.

Who should attend?
Scottish food and drink suppliers representing all sectors/categories with capability and ambition to grow in rest of the UK. Suppliers must be based in Scotland, have an established route to market or distributor in Scotland and have SALSA accreditation as a minimum.
Buyers and key decision makers located primarily in England from scale regional businesses or those with a national UK focus. These include specialist retail groups and food halls, major supermarkets, caterers, hoteliers, online operators and national wholesalers.
Diverse Representation
We ensure every sector of the food and drink industry is showcased, from salmon and seafood to whisky, spirits, beer, meat, bakery produce, dairy, and premium grocery. Our participants range from local artisans with captivating narratives to Scotland's flagship brands and major food manufacturers.
All producers are rigorously pre-qualified based on their ambition, technical prowess, and capacity for growth, quality and accreditations, with SALSA being the minimum.
Producers will have the opportunity to meet buyers from the rest of the UK.
The Showcasing Scotland team will use advanced meeting software to arrange supplier and buyer meetings for attendees. Both buyers and suppliers can research attendees and request their own meetings, with the Showcasing Scotland UK team supporting these requests where possible. The team will offer a range of support programmes before and during the event so each attendee has an empowering experience at Showcasing Scotland UK.
