Event Format

Schedule for this year's event

  1. Day 1

    There will be a welcome dinner which is a fantastic opportunity to meet with peers and buyers ahead of the main event. The dinner will take place in The Cambridge Suite at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow. 

  2. Day 2

    A full day of pre-scheduled meetings to introduce the best of Scotland’s food and drink suppliers to national buyers.  This includes informal networking opportunities at the open marketplace and a networking lunch comprising of some of Scotland’s best produce.  

Present your Products to Influential Buyers

Buyers are actively seeking partnerships with Scottish suppliers like you. By invitation only, we ensure those in attendance are the best in their field. Thorough business matchmaking processes makes certain you will be meeting the right people. 

All products welcome

We want to represent every corner of the food and drink industry. We are interested to hear from suppliers in whisky, salmon & seafood, brewing, no/low alcohol, dairy, baking, vegetable and soft fruits, distilling, meat and premium grocery.

Application Process

Attending Showcasing Scotland UK requires an application. We want to know about your business ambitions, technical capabilities, and growth potential.  

Successful applicants will be offered a place mid-March. 

Submit your application by 28 February.

 

Requirements

Your business should be based in Scotland and, as a minimum, suppliers must have SALSA accreditation and an established route to market/distributor in Scotland.  

Members and non-members of Scotland Food & Drink are encouraged to apply.  

 

Cost

Members of Scotland Food & Drink receive a subsidised rate to attend Showcasing Scotland UK as part of their membership benefit package. Find out more about Scotland Food & Drink membership here.
